I filed chap 13 and back payments on my home were included and now I hve missed a couple more and the mortgage co wants to have the court mandated stay removed so they can start foreclosure. What are my chances for keeping the home when I go to court for this hearing?

The outcome can depend on several factors, such as your payment history with the Trustee, your attorney's relationship with the creditor, the reason for the arrearage, etc. You owe money and cannot continue delaying your payments. You may be able to get one more bite from the apple if you can get a repayment plan together for the arrears (since your filing).
