Toothbrush flushed diwn tolet can not find it?
2 Years ago I flushed a toothbrush down the tolet. We have remove the tolet and used a snake to check the tolet it is not in the tolet. Were else could it be? All the other tolets in the house work properly. I don't want to put the tolet back on and have to take it back off again are we missing something That we should be checking?

    Hello k:

Lost your toothbrush down the crapper, huh? Buy a new one. Even if you find it, I wouldn't use it.

Your toilet has a built in P-trap and if it got past that, then it probably went all the way out.

If you get any clogs in the future, just plunger your toilet. That should dislodge the brush on its way to the city sewer system.

Was it pink? I saw one float by in Lake Michigan the other day.

It is very possible that it can be in the trap in the toilet, the snake could fairly easy pass it and not be stopped by a moving toothebrush inside.
But it is also most likely that it went though the sewer and down the drain,

Was there a reason that after 2 years you are now looking for it.

If you hand isn't too big, you should be able to explore most of the trap working from the 2 ends. You might even recruit a family member with smaller hands although that could cost you. You could also try a flashlight and small mirror.
