I'm normally a couple of days late every time I get my period. I'm on the Yaz pill. I was actually supost to get my period on the 25th. On the 26th I had sex without a condom.. completely forgot that I was due for my period. But didn't think anything of it. Stupid idea right? Probably so.

What's the chances of me being pregnant? Should I worry?
I'm usually late though like I said, but I'm worrying a little bit...

I mean, I've had BAD BAD PMS this month. And I've been really emotional. My stomach hurts really bad and I feel like I have no signs of having my period. But I'm not sure what to do.
Should I wait it out a little longer before taking a test?:confused:

After being about 2 weeks late take a test or go to the doctor. If you are experiencing severe pains, you may wish to contact a doctor as soon as possible.

Hard to tell, it is possible, there are home pregnancy tests of course and many community resourses for testing.

Having sex that close to when you are due for your period doesn't increase your chances of getting pregnant, actually it somewhat lowers them.
Women usually ovulate mid-cycle... so about 11-17 days after the first day of their period. So if you were due to start your period on the 25th and you had sex on the 26th you should have already ovulated by then. Not to mention that you are on birth control... even though you didn't use a condom (by the way it's GREAT that you are using double protection!).. the birth control pill greatly decreases your chances of getting pregnant.

I would say you have nothing to worry about. It is not uncommon to be late or miss a period altogether once in awhile... especially if you are stressing. Stress can cause you to be late or miss your period. So try to relax, I can honestly say I doubt you are pregnant. But wait a week... if you still don't have your period, take a HPT to be sure. If it's negative then you could either wait until next month and see if you get your period, or set an appt with your doctor for a blood pregnancy test.
