    What date does it fall on ? How do you celebrate it ? How long does it last ?

    That's a good question. I hope people with other first languages will respond. We share a common language and culture. I celebrate New Year's on November 1st though, not January 1st.

    I say 'Feliz Año Nuevo' you pronounce "año" anio.
    We actually don't celebrate the 1st of January, but the 31st of December.but the party may as well continue till 4:00 in the morning on January!

    We say :gezuar viti I ri we celebrate 31st of December and we celebrate until 5:00 o'clock morning
