    My Question is In Wa. State if a father has not attempted to see his children in 4 years. What are rights and do I have to find him too divorce him or is there a abondenmet laws

    4 years and you have not already filed for divorce? Wow you are better than I am. Get a lawyer and file for divorce on grounds of abandonment and seek sole custody. Also look into getting his parental rights terminated.

    Of course you can always file for divorce, there will be rules as to a search that has to be made to try and find him. During the divorce you will sue also for full custody and child support. Normally if you know where his parents are, brothers are and so on, normally one can find them. But if you can not find them, there are rules for making a public annoucement

    You have received no child support? Have you requested assistance from the state in obtaining child support? The child support recovery office should be able to locate him, in case Google cannot.
