My husband had an affair which has ended. We're trying to reconcile & his ex-lover is posting pictures of herself and him on the internet on her myspace account (which is not set to private). Can I legally make her stop?:mad:

If your husband has a problem with it, he "may" have a case, but since the pictures are hers, and he was there to take the pictures willingly, I'm not sure how much of a case he may have.

No you can't make her stop, BUT you can stop looking! It all starts there, I suppose it may be hard, but really she is only trying to make it harder, don't let her! Be strong and hopefully losing him will quickly fade for her. Drama, you just don't need it, if you keep looking at her myspace profile then you will be at fault for the drama, not her anymore!
