Can a person own a land after possessing it for perticular no. of years?
If a person X with his family is leaving in house with the property for particular no. of years(13 years),
house and property is on the name of his expired father, Father Has Left No will ,
and all brothers and sisters of the person X are not looking back at the land/property as they have been migrated to city, or may or may not be interested in desolving/dividing property. Can that person X claim to own that house & land what is the legal procedure in India.

    Hello giz:

You've asked before, and I'm certain there are no real estate experts here familiar with Indian law.

What I CAN tell you, is that the only way to resolve your situation is to hire a lawyer.
