I have joined a gym about 20-25 days ago going at least 4-5 times a week.I don't work out with weights but do a lot of cardio. I was count he number of calories burnt and it comes upto around 500-700 a day at gym. I go early in the morning and eat or drink nothing.After i come back i have my lunch (South-Indian cuisine) same in the night.:D
Well this is what i do and i don't think i have even lost a Kg
Should i diet ? or
Am i missing any thing? or

My body shape is irregular(like i feel im fat) and i'm scared ill put on weight and lose height if i use weights.:(
