Hello I am currently dealing with a case, me being the victum, and as the victum I had a beer bottle thrown at me, it busted my lip completely in half, I am being called to go to court in a couple of weeks, and the District Attorneys office is behind me and they are pressing charges. I am not sure what to do and if anything will even happen to her. Please any helpful advice would be great...

You testify honestly and truthfully. That's all you can do. What happens to her is up to the judge/jury. Just follow the lead of the DA.

Of course, you can sue her for all your bills and your pain and suffering. Even if the DA doesn't press criminal charges against her.
