Hey guys, I am a 21 year old student... mildly sexually active...

Ok my problem is that, I like to keep myself and my bits all nice and clean, one day I did a stupid thing, there was a white sort of spot maybe cist << sont know if that spelt right, on the shaft of my penis... after few attempts to try to get rid of this white spot.. I squeezed really hard.. after realising lol, its not coming out... Next day it was really saw, kept it clean and stuff... then it has created a lump, possibly a vein sort of lump...

Really depressed.. is there any sort of way I can get rid of this.. I notice it all the time now.. it feels like a small sort of ball around the shaft of my penis now!

Looks like a vein lump now... would this go down, its being like this for a few months now!

Argh lol, I'm dumb! Any sort of cream to reduce the lump...

Or in its own time do you think it will go down, and how long you think ?

The only thing you can do is have it examined by a doctor. It may be a sebaceous cyst, and depending on the severity and/or location, it may go away on it's own, or it may need to be excised.

Would this have to be a dermotologist, or just any general sexual health doctor

You could start with your GP, then possibly a urologist or dermatologist. But I would begin with your general doctor.

I don't think my general doctor would do this kind of stuff.. but I guess I could ask him lol.. thanks for the adivce you legend

Wooo Hoo.. found the problem to my pain on the shaft of my penis...

After inspecting around my penis... squeezing on the shaft of the penis. Let some liquid out of it, then I noticed something coming out out it, grabbed it with the tips of my fingers, to only find out it was an ingrowing hair, that has being gorwing for ages, that it looks over a cm long! It felt like pulling a worm out of your skin!

Well it was a massive in growing hair! I wouldn't like this to happen again, so in the future how do I prevent this!

Finally! I can enjoy getting it out again, with out the embaresment :P:cool:

Ps.. Still gently squeezing the penis, and there is liquid still coming out of it, but it looks much better then before, now it should heal up, and be OK now?
