Try to provide as much info as you can when replying. Why won't it let you? Did an error message come up and if so, what was it?

Windows errors related to launcher.exe ?
Launcher.exe is an executable belonging to many applications including Webshots- a Windows desktop downloader, Uinterface Mouselaunch- a file and application initiator, and also a hardware interface for Samsung products.

Note: launcher.exe is an advertising program by Intercort Systems. This process monitors your browsing habits and distributes the data back to the author's servers for analysis. This also prompts advertising popups. This process is a security risk and should be removed from your system. Please see additional details regarding this process
I would recommend that you delete this file as it is not a file needed by your system.
Go to search and search for launcher.exe, note down the directory it is in on a piece of paper. When you're in search and it finds the file - right click on file and click delete.
If it does not, you need to go into Safe Mode. Restart PC and tap the F8 key while PC is rebooting until you come to screen that gives you options - choose safe mode. Safe mode takes a little longer to load, be patient. Once in safe mode, go to the directory that you wrote down during your original search and find launcher.exe, right click and choose delete. Restart machine. If all worked all right, you should be fine

Thanks heaps mate! Finally! Lol I had about 8 of these so took me a while to figure out which ones to delete, I now only have my webshots one left and it seems to have done the trick, thank you so very much. So far so good.
