    Gurgling in sinks & tub
I'm not sure if this is related to the same answer that you posted about drains gurgling. The sink in the kitchen & bath room and the tub are the reason I'm writing. The kitchen gurgles as water is being drained, I followed the drain line to the sewer line and the onlky thing I see is a possible level problem ( not enough drop )? The bathroom tub gurgles when it is being drained from a full tub, at the end of course. When you take a shower, the bathroom sink gurgles. Would a blocked vent cause this or do I need to pout in more vent pipes? All lines run to the sewer line that goes into an aeration system. We had a septic system and switched to the aeration system a number of years ago. Thanks for any help. Rick Smith

Each fixture in your home should already be vented. When your fixtures gurgle at you it means you have blocked vents and the system's attempting to vent through the fixture traps. This is the gurgle that you hear. The solution would be to snake and clear the vents. Good luck, Tom
