Finally I got a claim specialist and they arranged to me to go to auto body shop to exam and have a stimatation for the damage .
But what I do not understand is that in this car I noticed some other problems, which does not exist before this accident and the claim specialist never mentioned about this other or technical problems.
What is your advise regard this matter?

When you get the estimate, ask the guy whether the damage you noticed is connected to the damage you got from the accident. If it did, ask him to include it in the estimate and write ON THE ESTIMATE that they ARE connected to the original accident.

You tell them about it, and perhaps get your own separate estimate, if you don't agree with their claims people, you don't settle and you end up sueing them in court for your money
