I am the owner of LLC. I wok full time for this company. But I have 9 other employees who are working as parttime, on average they are working for around 15 hous per week. I do run payroll for them.

My question is as follows:

I am planning to start sponsoring H1 B visa to foeign nationals. So one of the information required while filing the petition is the "NUMBER OF EMPLOYEED" . So can I show my company's headcount as ( Myself+ 9 part time employees=10). I would like to show 10 rather than showing only myself.This is because it is impornant to show the INS that my company is realiable one and it has employees woking for company for successful processing of the
H1B visa petition.

Please let me know about this.

If they don't ask you to distinguish between FULL or PART time employees, then telling them you have 10 employees is the TRUTH.
