My house has a problem the 4 outlets in the living room are not working,neither is the entry light, the porch light,the doorbell and the crawl space light.Useing a tester in the outlets says open hot wire Idont know if that is true since that's what the tester says when there is no power to an outlet.no breakers are tripped HELP

There probably is a loose connection at an outlet or a splice in any junction box. Try looking in the last working device on the circuit.
