What kinds of occupational complaints do service workers have?

Well if we did not get this exact question about 100 times a year, this is obviously some sort of school work, what do you think it is, what does your text book say it is?

Long hours, insufficient pay, mandatory overtime, rude customers, unrealistic quotas, high turnover, unqualified management, unreasonable attendance policies, overpaid executives, uncomfortable seats, repetative work... just to name a few off the top of my head.
