I used Color Oops and the next morning it my hair was black AGAIN!
Hi. I accidentally dyed my hair "dark brown" and it turned black. I tried Color Oops and it seemed to work but the next morning it turned black again. What did I do wrong? Why did it happen and do you think ColorFix or ColorZap would work if Color Oops didn't??

Black hair color is the hardest color to remove, especially if it's a permanent color. Hair color removers will not remove black hair color from the hair completely. You can try using Color Zap or Color Fix. If these methods don't work, I recommend that you go to a salon to have the color stripped from your hair. They have professional color removers and bleach that they can use to remove the color without damaging your hair.

Don't waste your time with any of those products they damage your hair and get you no where. If you want to go lighter you have to use hair bleach, depending on how many shades lighter you want to go use 20,30,or 40 volume developer the higher number of developer the lighter hair result. Then put the color you want after you bleached. Please don't try anything else. With box dye you should go a shade lighter than what you really want to be safe.
