My bank account was frozen in feb last year due to credit card debt but about a week later I had my tax returns directly deposited into that same acct and ever since then I hava been getting a monthly statement with a balance! What happens to that money since the account was frozen already when the deposit went in?? will I eventually get it back

The garnishment was not satisfied. But what happens to the money can they still send the debtor money even though the direct deposit was put in after the hold? For some reason I think that the freeze is supposed to be released after 1 year but I just don't know where the money goes.

The freeze should not last that long. Did you get a copy of the court order? If not, you need to. Then check with the court that issued it.
