My name is Natasha and I am 23 yrs old. I caught the chicken pox and was wondering how to stop them scaring? Is there some sort of cream. They are scabs at the moment and fall off leaving pink skin that has a hole in middle. Any suggestions?

I recommend that you let the chicken pox run it's course. The scabs is the last stage of chicken pox. When the scabs fall off there should be little or no scarring. Normal chicken pox can leave temporary marks on the skin which takes a few weeks or months to fade. But if the sores are infected or you pick the scabs, this could leave permanent scars. Once chicken pox run it's course, you can use Vitamin E creams to help fade the scars.
