I am 29 yrs old and I & my husband are trying for a baby. My periods are always regular (30 days). My last period was on 11/13/07 and I had brownish discharge on 12/06/07, lasted for 2 days then I got light period like bleeding for 1 ½ days. It was like an implantaion bleeding. I have all the pregnancy symptoms but negative pregnancy test(did on 12/16/07). What's going on? Any help please.

I have had similar symptoms before, I had a slight discharge and some craping 2 and thought I was getting my period. But I didn't. I didn't have my period for almost 2 months and did numerous HPT and all said negative.

Now 3 months on my periods are back to normal, it was just my cycle out of wack, it happens to all of us every now and then, I am sure its just that but to put your mind to rest I would go to your GP and get a blood test to be sure.

Sometimes your body doesn't produce enough Hormone to trigger a positive test. Go to the dr and ask for a blood test to rule out pregnancy. I know that with all of my pregnancies I was two or more months along before I had a positive. Then again it could just be a fluke of your period. Us women do that sometimes. When in doubt see a dr.

It might be a stupid question... Is it OK to keep trying? I mean if I am pregnant then would I hurt the fertilized egg by having sex?
