How would I go about getting papers drawn up to terminate my ex's parental rights? I'm not sure who to contact and how to get the ball rolling. :confused:

Do you have a new spouse waiting to adopt? Does your ex pose a danger to your child? Unless the answer is yes to either of those questions, then forget it, its not going to happen. Courts are very reluctant to terminate parental rights and usually will only do so for one of those two reasons.
