So my sister just got her period.. she says it is real light.. and she said that it always needs to be changed and that its not a lot of blood its mostley just clear liquid... is this normal?? just wondering if anyone could answer this.. why it is mostley liquid and not a lot of blood or if she should go to see a doctor.

Yep, definitely see a doctor. I've had the same thing happen once with my period. Turned out I was find, but I was really glad that I went in, because I was so worried. It's hard to say what might be wrong, but getting a checkup is definitely in order. Good luck!
