Unfortunately you are most likely at your tallest now. Once your growth plates (epiphyseal plates) have ossified, usually no later than 25 years, you have stopped growing. Now, you may have 3 years left of growth, but it is highly doubtful.

It's all a matter of genetics. Are your parents small?

Unfortunately you are past the age in which growth hormones will be of any help. Just be yourself, and love the body you have been given.

As true as j_9 is, don't lose hope.

I'm 21, but believe it or not, within the past year, I grew about half a centimeter. This is... almost nothing, but at least I'm still growing a TEEEEENY bit. I'm currently 5'7"...hoping for 5'9". I know I won't get there, but 5'8" would be awesome!

To add to j9's excellent post. Stand up straight, don't slump and get your calcium.

As I stated in my post above, growth is possible until around the age of 25.

Good luck to all of you who want to be taller. I am perfectly happy with my 5 foot 2 inch status. Good things come in small packages. :p
