He can go to your work place and introduce hisself and check to see if you are working.
He can go to your neighbors and ask questions about you to see if you are following your probation rules
As excon said, who did he talk to and about what part of it
He told my landlord who happens to be his grandfather I was a drug user because I was caugt a few years ago with a tank of anhydres amonia, I have never been found with any drugs and even though some relate the gas with drugs it isn't a drug charge.Quote:

Nonetheless, although I think the PO is WRONG, I don't think what he did is ILLEGAL. If the landlord kicked you OUT because of what he said, that would be a different matter. But just telling him stuff, even if it's not exactly correct, is what people do every day.
