    Physical miscarrige pains.
My friend just had a miscarrige and she is in major pain in her stomach does anyone know how to ease these pains so she can at least get some sleep?

The same as for cramps. Apply heat, curl up in a ball and take Midol. I had that happen once. Nothing made it better except time.

How long ago was the miscarriage? Has she seen a doctor? Cramps that will not let her sleep can be very serious. Have her check with her healthcare provider.

Has she been to her doctor yet? How far along in pregnancy was she when she had her miscarriage? It is important that she has seen a doctor to ensure that everything was passed.

If she hasn't seen a doctor in the last 24 hours, she must. Miscarriages can be a serious matter.

My SIL is going through one right now. She's been to the doctor but they sent her home for a time to see if everything can pass on its own. She's to check back in with them in a week to ensure she won't need a D&C.

Has your friend seen anyone yet?
