Riding in the back of a truck means loading up and heading twoards the lake by golly, and on a day where you want to get yourself out there before the thermometer hit 110'F the back of Old Betsy is where you want to be. Mom and Dad up front, pack the two kids in back and a full ice chest somewhere in between and you are so ready to go.There is exitement, at going fast around those curves in the backroads, and being one of those kids you would feel like royalty.-----(Well it is a start and a lot of my life revolved around the back of a truck-my moms "57 chevy stepside you will definatly hear more about it-and the going to the lake part too. i was raised in a pretty rual area, right on Whiskytown Lake.It is late though and I will definatly get back on this tomorrow. Love all those who put up with my ravings.:)
