I have recently had a bladder/kidney infection. I am not sure I ever got over it. My hips hurt constantly and a dull lower back pain. I'm not sure if the hip pain is related to the infection or not? Any ideas?

Were you on antibiotics? Which ones? Did you take them until they were gone or just until the symptoms went away?

Yes, I was on Macrobid, and it did nothing so I received 2 shots of Rosephin and I was much better, a normal person, that was 2-3 weeks ago and the symptoms seem to be coming back today.

It could possibly be that the rocephin did not work. You should contact your doctor for another urine test to be sure. These can be symptoms of a UTI.
