    Weight gain with diahrea
I am 31. I have not been able to lose weight for a awhile now no matter what I do. I use to be 110lbs now I am 150 and growing. But for the past week I have had diahrea, bloating, and have gained 10 lbs. blood work for thyroids came back OK and the doctors say nothing is wrong with blood work. I do not know what to do.

How long have you been trying to lose weight? I assume you are eating healthy and exercising.

For the past 3 years the weight kept coming on. I do eat right and exercise. My husband and family do not understand how I am the size I am.

You say you have had your thyroid checked, what about a glucose tolerance test? Have you been tested for diabetes?

Yes, I have low blood sugar, it stays around 60-80

Well, that is actually around normal. Blood sugar should range between 60 - 110. So, that would not be low, but normal.

Have you had your heart checked? A total and complete physical recently? Is this weight more like a weight gain or generalized swelling?

.my blood sugar drops down below that at times. Watching what I eat helps me keep it at a good level, I've passed out for it dropping to low at times. The doctors gave me a machine to keep a eye on it at home. . People tell me I don't look like I weigh as much as I do. I don't think it has been swelling, its weight gain. But I have been bloated for the past week. I have had a phycial about 2 months ago. Yes I have had my heart checked. I had a heart monitor for 24 hours, and another test done where they watch the heart waves or whatever
