I was hanging out with my ex and she knows that I still have feelings for her but I wasn't going to do anything about it so she decided to kiss me, then she just stopped and I ask her why did she do that and she told me she was in the moment and there was physical attraction but she didn't have any feelings for me. When I went home she called me and said I hope things haven't changed between us and she wants to talk to me about everything and she wants to talk to me almost everyday. Why is she doing this?

She does this because you let her, from your other post, you admit to a lack of communication which is up to you to solve, with her help. But now your confused that she is trying to get you back. I think its clear, and there must be a reason why your hesitating to talk about her very clear signals. Talk to her.

But I'm not hesitating I talk to her about everything and if I am what is it that I'm not talking about

What you both expect from this relationship, is it exclusive, or just friends. Also, just in case look at yourself, and see if all you do is spend time with her, and are neglecting other parts of your life. If she is the soul focus of your life, you will need to balance that by backing off, and doing other things. This is to keep your feelings in perspective, and help you know what you want.

Why are you putting up with this confusion and drama, since its all done to keep you close to her. She is right also as you keep letting her. Stop hanging with her, and taking her calls, and you can move to someone a lot less confusing.

I just want to tell her how I truly feel about her because I haven't really done that when we were dating and I regret not doing it

There are many regrets after a break up, when its over, it's a little late to go back and correct what you feel was a mistake. Accept she doesn't want an exclusive relationship, and leave it alone. Move on, and cut the contact, leaving the confusion and drama behind.
