I was at my guy friends house, and all the girls left. So I was alone with 4 boys they all asked me to come behind this tree in the backyard, so I followed and my friend pulled out a bag of weed and a yellow pipe.
My other friend pulled out a lighter.
My friend put some of the weed in the pipe and the pipe in his moulth and lit it.
He tried to stuff it in my face but I turned my head and said no!
One of my other guy friends said that they made them fill guilty.
I said I was sorry and that I would smoke some next time... so they thretened me and said if I didn't smoke it next time they would beet me up!:( I said OK.
But I really don't want to? :confused:
What should I do?

Well if you really don't want to do it that bad, stay away from them at times you know they will be smoking.
However if they are threatening to hurt you just because you don't want to smoke prehaps you should consider finding a new friends?

First of all, I think smoking is a terrible thing and way to go you didn't smoke.
About these friends, I think you should keep your distance, especially that they threatened you. Stay away from them in times you know they are smoking and avoid them in other times. If they continue to threaten you I really think you should tell an adult you know for help.

Tell them you don't want to, and if you feel really physically threatened by them tell someone in authority.

Obviously, you are much stronger willed than your buddies are. Smoking weed is not cool and is a road to destruction. I know many people (Including Myself) who followed that road and it led to a very bad place. I started to do bad in school, became lazy, got in trouble a lot. Ultimately it retarded my success in life. I was one of the few fortunate ones who was able to stop, but many (including my friends) end up in a much worse place, as Junkies (Heroine, Crack, Crank, Ice, Coke, Meth), dead from ODing, In Jail, or they just become real Losers. Pot (Weed) is an entry drug to worse things. It makes you stupid and kills brain cells. Ask anyone who is on it all the time if they can remember what they ate or did just a few days ago. You can certain take the beating, but I highly doubt they will do it. They will lose interest and the more you say No the more quick they will get it. You shouldn't be hanging out with Losers who pressure others into doing something dangerous and Illegal. I know it is tough being a teen, but High School is only 4 years of a long life. There are plenty of others in the same boat you are in. Find a hobby, Try out for sports ( if that's your thing), Take Karate, Join a club, Just do something useful, but get away from those other kids if they want to be hoodlums. Run Far, Run fast! The Cool kids are the ones who make something of their lives... druggies don't! They end up either In Jail, Dead, Jobless, as Criminals, Dead Beats, or if they are lucky... In Rehab.

Actually you should not have even said that you would next time. What you say is NO, and just walk away. If they threaten you again, tell your parents, or someone like a teacher. If they are trying to get you to use drugs and threatingi you, they are not friends or buddies. They are dope heads and thugs and you need to leave them alone anyway

Darlin, one thing you must remember while growing up is Never let anyone force you to do something you do not want to do. Never feel guilty for not doing something that goes against your conscience. Saying "No" to drugs, smoking, alcohol, sex, illegal activities, peer pressure, studying (wait, not studying, you need to study :) ), and the like will never be wrong.

Don't feel guilty about taking a stand. Don't let "friends" influence you to do something against your will. Don't ever feel weak for standing up for yourself and your body.

If you don't want to, DON'T. Don't say you're sorry, just say No.

I'm proud of you for standing... now, keep standing up for yourself.

Don't hang out with these losers anymore. It sounds like you are a strong person to say no. Don't ever start smoking. Drugs RUIN peoples lives. You will be better off if you never start. Please say no to drugs.

If they were your friends there is no way they would have said that they will beat you up if you don't next time. Normally I would say stay away from them when they are going to get high, but them telling you they will beat you up I feel you need to stay away --totally!
Find new friends! With friends like that who needs enemies?

Don't hang out with your friends. If they are trying to get you to do anything you don't want to they aren't really your friends. But especcialy something like drugs. This could damage your body, you could die, or anything like that. If your friends want that to happen to you then they aren't true friends. Don't fall into pressure it isn't worth it.

Don't go near them again you did the right thing, try to change your classes to stay away from them and if they threaten you at school tell the teacher the prinacable and the parents, but stay away!

Don't allow a 'next time to happen'. I noticed that in a previous post that someone said to avoid them when they are smoking. NO! You should avoid them all together. Like we learned in health, if something hurts you, you shouldn't do it again. Being near them can hurt you, I suggest that you stay away. Its much easier to get sucked into the problem than you think. I promise, they're not real friends if they would beat you up for making a wise decision. Hope this helps.
