I changed the bulb in this TV. The green light blinks, but the picture never comes up.
I heard about changing the fuse, any help with how to go about finding and performing that function?

If you do not have a very strong background in electronics as well as an accurate set of schematics, get someone who does.

You can very quickly fry the equipment as well as yourself.
