Kitchen Faucette hot water (lack thereof)
Good Evening,
I'm hoping someone can help me out. I have read about a 1000 questions posted looking for an answer to my problem, but I did not see one (probably missed it) anyway, I was wondering why my Kitchen faucette takes approx. 4-5 minutes to get hot water to it. This is the only faucette in the house that does it, all other faucettes take about 10 seconds if that. With the kitchen faucette it would be more quick to boil cold water with sun heat at the north pole in winter. Even after I wait to get hot water, if I shut it off for 30-40 seconds, it still takes a good while to get hot again, it's as though all the hot water drains back into the hot water heater and then has to travel all the way back up again. I saw a site called Cillipepperapp.com that talks about a Circulating system, I don't think that is necessary, but then again I'm definitely no plumber. It seems like there is no positive pressure for the hot water kept in the pipes. Or an overactive vent of sorts. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Sonny
