Did you delete anything recently or try to uninstall something?
You might run MSCONFIG and check for something being loaded that you recently deleted.
Here you go, this should fix your issue
OK, we will have to go in the registry then. Please download the program called "Regseeker" through "http://www.hoverdesk.net/dl/en/RegSeeker.zip"; unzip the program, and run it. Enter "gzmrotate.dll" (without the quotes) and let the program search for it.
Since whatever it finds may be deleted, you can select all (Xtrl+A) and press the [Del]-key. Close the program, and reboot. Problem should be fixed now.
