    Money Making
    Im from Sheboygan Wisconsin and after I get of high school I want to go to the navy so they can teach me about welding then get out and work with an aprentice and then finally start something in the welding career but how much will I make that's what I'm wondering??

    It depends on where you decide to live, but in general welders can make good money.

    In Michigan, my aunt was making around $40,000 a year as a small factory welder. My brothers friend in California makes much more than that.

    I can tell you this, my cousin was in the Navy and learned a skilled trade as well... it's a great decision for you to make. He has an excellent job now and even though he wants to stay where he is, job recruiters try to offer him new positions all the time.
