Pains in lower abdomen - Day 17
    I need a little advice,

I have already had 2 children and my partner and I are trying for a 3rd little one - we have been trying for about 3 months now.

I have tracked my ovulation and I ovulated about 4 days ago, and this morning I have had some niggling pains in my lower abdomen.

Could this be my body telling me I have conceived??

Sounds silly but I am just curious.

It is very hard to say as it can take up to a week for the fertilized ovum to travel down the fallopian tubes and implant into the uterus.

So, it is still a little too early to tell.

I know its early but could it be implantation bleeding?

Implantation bleeding has not been proven beyond the shadow of a doubt. You can read about it here... https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/womens...ert-53865.html

You see, the fertilized ovum, once released from the fallopian tube is microscopic, smaller than a pencil dot. This should not cause bleeding. Rather, what happens is that implantation occurs at or near the period cycle, however, the level of hCG tells the body to retain endometrial tissue, so less bleeding occurs than would a regular period.

Guess you really didn't want an anatomy and physiology lesson, LOL. But bleeding is not an indication of pregnancy, it just may be your body gearing up to have a period.

Sorry my mistake - I meant to say cramps not bleeding...

Cramps can be caused from a number of reasons, premenstrual cramps, stomach flu, ovulation (in some women), implantation (in some women).

It is impossible to diagnose pregnancy via the internet.

Unfortunately you are now in the waiting zone. Once you miss your period you can take a HPT using first morning urine.

I agree, and I understand your frustrations, but it is literally impossible to tell via the internet.
