    No contact order
How do we go about lifting a no contact order. The so called victim wants to see our grandson now. Actually, they already seen each other and the parents are approving. Our grandson is 19 and has a criminal case on him with this no contact as part of it. The girl is 20.

    Hello c:

You need to go back to the court that awarded it. If you don't, and she get's upset for ANY reason, your grandson will be thrown back in the clink.

Yes the victim has to go to court and ask for it to be withdrawn. Of course if this was about domestic violence it is likely the court will not, and if he sees her, he is off to jail.

If the "so called" victim obtained a no contact order once I would absolutely not trust her a second time - go to Court, get the Order lifted - or he could be arrested.
