    OK I am also a girl who is sixteen years old and I have several bumps around my pubic area (not in it ) and they tend to get very white after tanning then at times I have discharge and order I have shown a very close friend and they don't think its from shaving and for the record I am a virgin so I wouldn't think it was (genital warts ) or sexually transmitted... please help:(

    Show your mom. If you can't do that, a doctor. The sooner it's diagnosed and taken care of, the sooner you can quit being worried by it.

    The bumps could be hair follicles, could be "razor burn", etc. If they are continuous, like it sounds, you should talk to your mom as simone suggested.

    You don't mean the bumps have a discharge do you? If so, tell mom and go to the doctor.

    I assume though, you're referring to vaginal discharge. If so, that is normal and cycles along with your period. A faint odor is also common, but you'll have to learn when that could become a problem. Strong odors, for example, could indicate a yeast infection.

    I suggest getting a book or doing some research on women's health. Something detailed that will outline your cycles and explain different types of discharge, etc.
