:confused: I was just wondering about my rights I am 18 and me and my ex girl friend just broke up and she's pregnant and 16 I was just wondering what rights I have if any what so ever so if some one could help me it would be very much appreciated :confused:

Let me see, if your area it is legal for 16 to have sex, you have the right to have sex when she agreed, if it is not legal for a 16 year old to have sex in your area, then you have the right to go to jail.

During the time she is expecting you have no right what so ever, after the child is born, you can file for visitation of the child, and of course agree to the state ordered child support. You may have to prove you are the father though DNA tests

Exactly what rights are you wanting to know about? Do you want to know what right you have as to whether she continues the pregnancy? If so, no you don't.

Do you want to know your rights if she wants to give it up for adoption? Yes, you then have rights.

Do you want to know about visitation, custody and child support? If so, then you have to wait until the birth of the child. And, since she is your ex, I would request a paternity test.
