I am trying to find out the title of a movie from the late 70's maybe early 80's where a group of teen thugs prey upon the elderly. In the film the elderly strike back forming their own gang.I remember something about some bracelets they wore to click together as a warning. Anybody have any idea what this movie is called?:D

It could be the 1978 TV movie The Siege with Martin Balsam and Dorian Harewood.
