This lets you submit up to four photos of people and turn them into animated, dancing Santa elves. Simply upload a photo of the person you want to "elf", fit their face inside the elf window, preview your work, adjust the picture as needed, click "Save" and you have a personalized dancing elf on your screen.

If you want, you can add aduio. There is an email option that5 allows you to invite friends, relatives, etc. to view your "elfification."
