I am a landlord in pa. I have been through the eviction process 100% as of today. The tenant has left but none of her possesions. When can I throw out or get rid of her stuff w/out getting into trouble?

If she's been evicted, and you say she has, then the stuff has been abandoned. You may throw it away, or do with it as you wish.
