I just had a baby 3 months ago I've had 2 periods already but this period I just got it today and I've been feeling fatigued all day I had diarreah and was throwing up this morning this has never happened to me before what could this be?. I know I have been stressed and have been eating less due to loss of apetite but I'm beginning to get scared because I just started feeling dizzy again please help someone

It could be a stomach flu, it is going around where I live. Are you running a fever?

No not running a fever but I had chills earlier... thats what someone else told me but I've been feeling fatigued for the past 2 days and when I got my period today it just worsened

When you get ill, there is an incubation period prior to being completely symptomatic. It may just be that you got your period and a bug at the same time.

Hmmm I wonder if that might be it.
