    Taskbar and windows icon frozen
    My computer: Windows XP, SP3, IE7. CPU 250MH, 1GB mem.
    After windows started, about 10 minutes, Taskbar is frozen, other is working fine.
    If Taskbar working, Windows icon is frozen. While Internet, Applications are working.
    I have scan computer with many software AntiVirus,Ad-ware, WindowsDoctor, Error Repair and Super Utilities.
    Please help. Thanks
