    Double Taxation Prevention
I am working in UK since 27th June 2007 and will be returning india in 2nd Feb 2008.

Can you please explain double taxation prevention specific to my case and I would also like to know that how can I prevent the double taxation and what all documents I would require to claim double taxation prevention.

What double taxation do you want to prevent? Are you a U.S. citizen or resident?
If you are working in UK, you will pay tax in UK on the income in the UK.

Most countries (except, unfortunately, the United States) do NOT tax their citizens on income eanred outside of the home country. I believe that is the case in BOTH India and the U.K.
