    Loyalty in hamlet
    Heyyyy!
I need help with coming up with a solid thesis statement for an essay about loyalt in hamlet. It cannot be something too obvious or in other words boring.

What about something concerning the reasons Hamlet chose to pretend to be a madman in order to test the loyalty to him by the people with whom he is involved?

Or did he actually pretend to be mad?? We had a long discussion about this in my class. In my opinion I don't think he pretended, but I also think that he some control, and he knew what he was doing by testing everyone. I go back and forth with this one, it's just something worth thinking about :)
