I came on my period on 15 of November I think I should have come on yesterday but have not so far I'm having period like cramp pains but nothing like when I due to come on my period my stomach getting more rounder and feeling tired a lot lately and around my nipples are getting darker confused could I be pregnant

If you are having sex there is always a possibility of pregnancy. However, early pregnancy symptoms and menstrual symptoms are very very similar. Unfortunately, 1 or 2 days is not considered late in the medical community. You should wait until you are a week late and then test using first morning urine.
