    Vacating a void judgement
How can I find out if I have void judgements.
I heard they can be vacated, by entering a motion to vacate.

A void judgement is one where the court did not have jurisdiction to rule. So yes they can be vacated. But you can't find out if you have void judgements, you have to see if you have a judgement entered against you and then see if you have grounds to vacate it.

Do you think you have judgements against you? If so, why?

Yes, at least one by Pressler and Pressler!
They just called asking me to settle a bill from Verizon! $1800.00!
I know I owe Virazon at least $1500!
    Thanks for your answer,

But did they obtain a judgement? If they are calling you, they probably didn't get a judgement yet.
