I'm 25 and I haven't seen my period in 14th days. When having sex with my boyfriend he always pulls out before he c**s. I took a ept test last week and it said negative so should I wait and take another test. I don't know what's going on. Can someone help me out and tell me what I should do!

I'm no expert but I'm sure someone will be along to help. 14 days doesn't seem long enough, might be a bit soon to see a result.

    Good afternoon...
First and foremost stop and take a deep breath, you're making me nervous and we haven't met. Second I am not a doctor nor do I want to come across as one. However, I am a mother and so I have to throw in a little lecture into this response. Some day when you have children, no pun intended, you will understand.

The pull out method you know at age 25 years old DOES NOT WORK. You learn that early on. If you and your boyfriend are not ready to become parents you have to be smarter about how you protect against it. Believe me, I realize spur of the moment sex is great but the long term effects from the "quickie" last a life time. So be careful, don't wait until you are two weeks late, scared to death, to open your eyes to the possibilities of becoming a mom.

As far as the pregnancy tests, they have come a long way and tend to be very accurate. Stress can also push back, or cause a late cycle, and you certainly sound stressed. The only way you can put your mind at complete ease is to go to the doctor. I know that's not the news you want to hear but it's the best advice for any of us in this situation.

If you find out you are not pregnant, please take this stressful experience as a lesson learned. When you are ready to become a mother, it's a wonderful, life-changing experience. It's hard enough to raise a child than to do it when you were not as ready as you could have been.

    Good luck to you...

You haven't had a period for 14 days or you're 14 days late?

Assuming you mean late, give it another week and take a HPT. Some women occasionally have wild swings in their cycle and things like stress can delay them. (I've been 14days late twice that I can remember = not pregnant)

BTW, the pull-out method is a better method to get pregnant, not to avoid it.
