    Hair growth!
My hair is at short/medium length and I cut it around 3 months ago, I haven't cut it since because I really want it to grow but I have many split ends because I straihten it a lot. Are there any home remedies I can try or particular foods I should eat to help it grow faster and healthier

Olive oil does wonders for hair. Eat it in salads as often as you can and once in a while depending on your hair type (dry, oily etc.) you can rub it into the roots of your hair about 1 hour before you wash it. For even better treatment, cover your hair with a plastic bag and then with a towel (to keep the heat and moisture in).

There is nothing that you can do to make your hair grow faster. Hair on your head grows about ½ inch per month, no matter what we take or do. Besides regular shampooing and conditioning, try eating healthy and take vitamins. Vitamins and a healthy diet won't make your hair grow faster, but it will make your hair appear healthy and stronger.

If you have splits ends, you can't mend or repair them. The best way to get rid of split ends is to have them trimmed. However, you can use hair serums or pomade to help smooth the split ends.
