I have been with my fiancee' 6 yrs, and admittedly cheated on him last year during a 'rough' patch :( . He forgave me in time, but since then he goes out of his way to openly flirt/smile/ with other girls in front of me. I try not to notice but it is 'so in your face'. I watch him when I am not with him, walking into shop etc, and he doesn't do it.If I try to get revenge and look at a guy, he shoots them a nasty glare and then he looks away!Only when he is with me does he flirt so much, and when the girls spot me I think it makes them keener on him! Sometimes he will leave his mobile on at work so I can hear him joking with girls in the office. I mean I model, am pretty and could have a choice of men, but I love him. Now we can't even go out together in public. My jealousy is way out of control.Advise me what to do before we break up?

Well, obviously the dude's not over the fact that you cheated on him. You know the phrase ONCE A CHEATER ALWAYS A CHEATER? No matter how much a girl'll say that to me, if she cheats on me, a little piece of that phrase will always stick. He hasn't fully forgiven you for this, and wants you to know just exactly how bad he felt when you cheated on him. I feel that you need to sit down and talk to him about this problem. Do not accuse him of anything, but simply like you said in your post.

If you cannot work together to solve this problem ,then you may as well break up. Realise he is hurt, and hasn't gotten over your cheating. He needs a lot of reassurance from you, but don't expect an over night cure, as he does need time to forgive, and get over his hurt.

Did he do these behaviours before the cheating incident? Could he be having feelings of insecurity, and be trying to show you how desirable he also is as well as you are?

You mentioned being a model and knowing you could have your choice of men, maybe he wants to feel the same way about himself?

First I would have to say that what he is doing is very disrespectful. I would never be able to take that behavior. You guys need to sit down and lay everything on the line, if he forgives you, all the little boy games must stop or trust me you will be miserable. He's feeling very insecure that's the only reason he's doing it. If you want to work it out with him you have to communicate. And not become the couple acting out in public.
